Return Policy

  • Our return policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the return item should be in original packing, unworn and in the same condition you receive it. All returns must contain a copy of the delivery Airway bill number, order number and photocopy of the original invoice sent with the shipment.
  • No returns are entertained for orders placed for special promotions / occasions or on Sale. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale."
  • Our team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, you will be asked to ship across the products to us

  • All item(s) that need to be returned must be returned to our business location i.e GEHENA - Shop No.15, Dhobi Chawl, Lala Nigam Road, Colaba, Mumbai - 400 005
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Also if any import duty is levied it will be deductible from refund.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be accepted. Please note the back chains of necklaces are not to be considered part of the order. Back chains (if any missing) can be sent in your next order on request.
  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Once returns are received by us and quality checks done & cleared, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 – 12 working days.
  • In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged/defective or you receive the wrong product, you should please send us a photo and video from opening and the time of checking the product. We will verify and try to resolve your query. You must whatsapp us about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
  • Please note- If you skip any step, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card statement again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellation please email us on  gehena216@gmail.com or contact us on whatsapp on +91-9930000723 within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • However, it is not a guaranteed service,  cancellation will be accepted only if the goods have not been shipped. Once the goods are shipped, cancellation cannot be made.
  • Once the order is canceled, a full refund will be processed in the next 24 hours.
  • All returns/cancellations are subject to the sole discretion of GEHENA. Refunds (if any) will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
