1. WHY SHOULD I CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON GEHENA?

  • It makes your shopping experience much easier, allowing you to:

  • 2. HOW DO I SIGN UP ON GEHENA?
  • Signing up is really easy. Simply click on the “Register” button on the top left corner. Fill up the details requested and click on our privacy policy after you have read it. You are then officially a part of GEHENA.

    1. WHAT IF I HAVE A QUESTION BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER?

     2. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER? I'VE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE.
  • Placing an order on GEHENA is a piece of cake.
  • Look for the product you want to buy.
  • Add it to the cart by clicking on the add to cart icon.
  • Repeat steps 1 and 2 if you want multiple products.
  • Click on “Add To CART”
  • Review your cart and click "Place order".
  • Fill the required details, choose your preferred payment method and click on Confirm Order.

  • That’s it! You will receive an email notification confirming your order along with your order number.


    C. SHIPPING
     

    1. WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

  • GEHENA partners with major international courier / shipping companies. Products are air shipped for international customers.
  •  

    2. WHEN & HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ?

  • Our jewelry order is generally shipped within 4-8 working days.Our logistics partners are DHL and DPD
  • We deliver our products everywhere in the world. Our logistics partners are DHL and DPD.
  • Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide a full street address with pin code / zip code if available. Also, please note that residential shipments to the USA & some other countries will be left at the door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell.
  •  Please Note – for Germany, Spain, Italy the delivery time would also depend on time taken by Customs to clear the goods.

  • 3. HOW TO CALCULATE SHIPPING COSTS?
  •  For international shipments, the related shipping costs are displayed separately when you check out and process your order. Shipping charges will be based on the weight of the products you order.

  • 4. ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES INVOLVED IN INTERNATIONAL  SHIPPING?
  •  In some cases, there will be customs duties, VAT or other taxes or fees levied by Government authorities at your destination country. Additional charges, if any, for taxes or customs clearance must be borne & paid by the recipient / customer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount to be charged. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. We advise you to contact the appropriate authorities or check on the local custom laws. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
  • The shipping and handling charges apply for international destinations. All products/consignments are dispatched on “Delivery Duty Unpaid ” (DDU) basis.
  • Any import duties or charges levied by the governmental authorities at the destination country of the shipment has to be borne by the customer as per actuals. 
  • Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer & the customer can directly clear the duties paid with the delivery partners on receiving their shipment.
  • We will not be held responsible for any such taxes/ charges, but we may help & assist you to get the proper solution in the easiest way.

  • 5. HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
  •  Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number. 
  • Use the tracking number to trace on the website of the shipping company.

  • 6. DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO MILITARY ADDRESSES?
  •  Sorry, currently our shipping partners are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses so you will need to provide a full and proper street address.

  • 7. WHAT WILL THE SHIPPING COMPANY DO IF THEY CANNOT CONTACT WITH THE RECEIVER WHEN THE PARCEL ARRIVE?
  • Generally most shipping companies will try to deliver the parcel three times, if the consignee cannot be contacted. They will return the parcel to the sender or leave the parcel at the warehouse which cannot be delivered after the last time delivery. So please make sure you write down the correct shipping address when you make an order and keep your phone on. We are not responsible for mistakes made by customers.

  • A. GEHENA website is 100% Safe and Secured (HTTPS). We've invested in some of the best systems and processes. We do not store any credit card / debit card information on our servers. All information relayed between GEHENA site and our gateway is encrypted using a 256bit SSL certificate (HTTPS). We've passed stringent compliance tests as set by our payment partners and our Bank to be able to accept online payments.
